Your information. Kept simple.

Who we are

Shalom Park Water Ski, 20750 57th Ave SW, Edmonton, AB T6Y 0J4. Phone (780) 616-1206, email [email protected]. This page covers the website at shalompark.com.

Website analytics

We use two analytics services to understand how people use the site: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. They set cookies and record things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level), and, in Clarity's case, how you scroll and click on a page. We use this to see which pages help visitors and which need work. We do not use it to identify you by name.

You can block these tools with your browser's cookie settings or a content blocker, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Microsoft's privacy statement for Clarity is at privacy.microsoft.com. The site works the same either way.

The first-timer guide form

If you enter your email address to get the first-timer guide, the address and the page you were on are sent to a Google Apps Script that we run, so we can send you the guide and occasional news from the lake. We do not sell or share the list. To be removed, email [email protected] and we will delete your address.

Booking

Sets are booked through WellnessLiving, a separate company. Anything you enter on their booking pages is handled under WellnessLiving's privacy policy, not this one. The same goes for videos played from YouTube, which load only after you click play.

Phone and email

If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us for as long as we need it to answer you and arrange your visit. Ask any time and we will tell you what we hold about you or delete it.
