Over 35 Years of Expertise in Water Skiing

For more than three decades, Shalom Ski Park has been offering "Learn to Ski" programs, teaching over 3,000 individuals of all ages how to water ski. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, no prior skills are required to join in the fun and build your confidence on the water.

1985

Shalom Park's land was purchased and excavation began in 1985.

 
1986

Shalom Park hosted the Canadian National Barefoot Championships two weeks after the North Saskatchewan River Flooded.

1996

We proudly hosted the Junior World Water Ski Championships.

2015-2018

Shalom Park hosts four Pro Tournament Events between 2015 - 2018, including the first ever Pro Event, the Canadian Open

 
2019

We hosted the U21 World Water Ski Championships and our second CanAm Challenge.

2022

Shalom Park hosts the first Junior Canadian Open Elite Event
